Sycamore Benab Solutions, LLC known as SyBe was created from the belief that lasting solutions begin with listening, learning, and working alongside communities. Inspired by the strength of the sycamore, the communal purpose of the Guyanese benab, and the collective industry of the bee, SyBe helps behavioral health, public health, government, nonprofit, and community-based organizations strengthen operations, improve performance, and turn data and experience into action. Through implementation support, quality improvement, reporting, training, and capacity-building, we remain rooted in community and built for results.
